Hmm well i went in my server, And played for a little but then. when i ran i started to here like realy
high pitched sounds, They sounded like people So i'm guesing its the sounds of the peds in gta sa SP.
Bugged.?

maybe its bugged because the Samuel L Jackson himself did the voice over
and its deleted or sa-mp or something
