yes. you need an in-game object editor filterscript, there should be some around here.
its not too hard to script one - an object(ID) can be created, modified (placed, rotation set etc) by any player that it is scripted for, so it is possible to create a multiplayer editor. sadly each logical operation like parent-child objects, inverse cinematics etc must be scripted from scratch, and that can be a time consuming task. further i suggest you to get used to a streamer include/plugin, to get rid off the 254 objects-limit, that will give you absolute freedom on being creative!
