Apparently whenever he trys to play multiplayer he gets, an error message, and when he trys to play normal mode it wont start.
1.His operating system is XP
2.I told him to install the game to his documents since he gets error messages trying to install to program files. I also installed in my documents, and the game runs fine
3.It's not a graphical error he can run crysis on medium settins at 25 FPS

He's reinstalled twice, and has no mods. Yes singleplayer wont work for him either.
