It's possible, it would just require alot of thinking to pull it off efficiently (im talking about replicating the flying function like the cheat in single player, not a speed boost); if you do it though, it'd be pretty creative :P

People who buy VIP are in it to help the server out and get a special treat along with it, so a name and shame list (along with a bunch of extra commands IG) is sufficient (chat, boost/hover as iLinx said, etc, etc).

By name and shame list, I mean like a special feature on your forum (named something a bit less... yeah) showing who's donated and how much. Donating to a server is something players would want to be acknowledged by (I assume).
