Where I download the GTA United MultiPlayer version 0.3a client, server + pawn?

Infact there is one, but its a hacked version of SA-MP, its not recommended to use. Wait for Kye's official release.

Well if Kye doesn't want to do something as simple as changing some numbers so that GTA:U can also play it, other players will do it.
But where can i download the 0.3 for GTA:U?

It doesn't has to be bug free, everything is better then using the 0.2.2 R3 version.
