Hello. Firstly i do not say i am a pro scripter, but i had my share of PAWN work in the past, and these days. I have recently created a Blog which was aimed to help out various aspects of WoW guides, DIY, SA_MP pawno tutorials etc. But i now am revamping it steadily, and will make it a Only SA-MP tutorial place, a place where the people speak, what they want, and so i will pick the most aimed for. Anyhow, visit www.samp-tut.tk and post a comment in the News blog post of what tutorial you would like to see me put on. (Theres already a tutorial on a dynamic fuel system, but it sin lithuanian, if there will be a request, i will translate it fully.) Anyhow, hope you guys will be friendly enough not to flame me up, coz this is the start And i promise, i will reply to every comment, and try to help out as much as i can!

This sounds like a good idea, but you can also post tutorials here.
I'd recommend using zcmd or dcmd, sscanf and PVars throughout your tutorials
