I was just wondering is there anyway where you can input the Singleplayer GTASA Peds into the actual MP?

It would be a huge difference into MP well in my opinion!

But you can add NPC that will be just like SP peds

It will be hard, put about 700 - 800 NPCs and get every NPCs waypath :S

You can't do that. Player limit in sa:mp 0.3 version is 500 and NPCs are counted as normal players.

What I said is impossible too, even you put 100 NPCs for only LS then for SF and LV so about 200 left!
