Could someone tell me what cars respawn time is not respawnable? By default it is - ( -1 ) but does it works on 0.3? It didn't on 0.2x

It was working on 0.2x and its working on 0.3 too.

Yes, but cars was respawned after a while. So not respawnable doesn't mean that respawns after some time.
