Christ sakes.. I dont get what the problem is.
Before I just bought my new graphics card, I couldnt even load GTA single player or I couldnt connect to MP.
After I bought my new graphics card, GTA single player works just fine and I could connect to MP but.. it crashes
when the white bar is loading..
I don't get it..

Windows 7 Professional
XFX Nvidia 680i LT SLI
4Gig Ram
GeForce 9800 GT 1GB DDR3

Since you have upgraded your graphics card, have you tried reinstalling GTA:SA and SA-MP?
