Is it possible to make this in visual basic?
So like if i go in a game, And press a hot key, Ex: Shift+1

A window pops up in my game,
Showing my MSN? And chat windows?
As like id like to talk on MSN when im in a game,
Like xfire ingame i guess, Is this possible?

Xfire supports msn
so you can use msn ingame if you use xfire's msn function

You could do it in C++ using MSN's API functions.

Would require quite the skill though, it would be similar to creating another xfire client, except without the need for writing a chat server and such...

True! Even though I got to say that I am not really fond of it. Though, yes. It is possible
