If you are absolutely sure you've forwarded the ports correctly, also check that any firewalls you're running are not blocking the server.

In most cases however, it's that the ports haven't been forwarded correctly.

No, cuz its a testserver, so I didn't put the 'announce' to 1, but let it to 0, could that be the problem?
