Is there a way to play SA-MP windowed? I know it's possible cuz i've done it before, but not since like November

If anyone wants to do this download http://files.filefront.com/GTA_Windo.../fileinfo.html and then put the DLL in the main folder. Then change the resolution settings in the game to lets say 800x600 and off you can play SA-MP windowed!
