How do i activate Remote Console?

Ingame: /rcon login [PASSWORD]

Out of game: Open sa-mp - right click on server - Remote console.

I know that, I mean from the client. When i try to connect to it nothing happens i click Connect and Nothing.

first you want to log with your rcon password:

finally you can use your control of the server:
