The PC you have in your first post is good. Buy it.

Dell laptops are beast for their price, but thats mainly because its expensive to build your own.

Desktops however, if you know what your doing, as best built by yourself. I wouldn't go for Windows 7 Professional, I generally find that the cheapest versions of Windows work best, because they have less useless shit in them. I'd go for home premium (just my opinion)

I agree with BL!nk, tiger has some good deals going on, I live near one of their retail stores so I always go there.

For your processor I'd strongly recommend the Intel Q6600 @ 2.4GHz, 4MB Cache, LGA 775 socket. I have it in my PC and it's a great processor. I've heard it overclocks well

If you downgrade some of your stuff, get a logitech g19 gaming keyboard, I got one and I have to say its one of the best purchases ever. (Also owned a g15 v1 and it was amazing too)

Off: Hows the key weight on the Logitech G series? I type fast so i like TT/ Laptop type keyboards more, but I've been considering switching (G19 looks just too sick to pass up).
