Best way/ Tutorial/ Filterscript,

On vehicle ownership,
Im making a rp from scratch and i lack the knowledge of this,
So does anyone know a good filterscript i could use? Or tutorial, Or best way to do it

EDIT: Also that lacks a /park command, Id like a vehicle ownership with a /park

The script that I posted has already a '/park system'. It's '/car locate' Try it

/car locate, Dosent save the location :S It shows you where your car is
