It sounds like your operating system is Vista, and if it is, then you probably don't need DirectX 9. Also, sending it over MSN will NOT make a difference. It'll require the admin password no matter what.

Just reinstall windows, lol.. (you CAN use an password cracker) (I am not going to give an link since it is illegal but just search ******), cracking your OWN pc is okey, doing it on somebody else is ILLEGAL, remember THAT

i think u miss this file:

but i cant find it on the internet
