How to make a command like /ems, /911

then it will say pleae input your location. once you do that then it will got to both PD and EMS,Fire depatments and then a little red checkpoint pops up and then you drive to check point.

or some shit i just need to know how. And BTW this is a free roam Roleplay so i have no teams. I do all the commands by SKin id's for cops/fire/medics
