1st Problem (Might be a solution):
There is a bug, or error in server.cfg. This is NOT sure

Have you added any new scripts to pawno?
If YES: Was it your own?
If NO: I can't help you
If YES (on the question above): Were it your own?
If NO (on the question above): Read the instructions CAREFULLY
If YES: Try checking your whole script, it should be a bug

The bug is (I think), you didn't make a table called: DEAGLE, and else the DEAGLE table is bugged, if you read the instructions CAREFULLY, than the script ain't working well
