If I have a rather large dini created file that was written with dini and is read with dini, will it be slower (I mean, will you even see the difference, I know it will be slower) than a file with a lesser content, say I have a dini created file and I read from it with let's say 20 lines, will I notice the speed difference from reading from a file with say 5 lines?

It may slow it a but down, but not so much that it would really matter. But if you have like 10000lines, it will definitely be slow.
But if you got lines like 5 or 20, it doesn't matter.
