Function: When this filterscript is loaded, each sniper shoot makes a better damage.. normaly you cause 42 of damage when you hit someone with a sniper, with the script loaded, you'll cause 100 of damage.
I made it because on Brazil people loves running weapons, then sniper become useless, but with this script you can beat someone that is using running weapons, even with a sniper. It looks like Counter Strike, where AWP (sniper) makes huge damages..
Known bugs: this script knows when someone is hited by a sniper comparing an old variable of health/armour ammount, and a new variable of health/armour ammount.. so, if for some reason someone recieves a 42/41 damage (sniper original damage), it will consider that this player have been hited by a sniper, and the script will give the player a damage of 100. I don't think there's a way to fix it.
