SA MP works fine one place, crashes at another

I recently installed SA and SAMP on my comp at home and it worked perfectly. I then took it to my cousins house to let him enjoy the same game, but i ran into some problems. I installed everything just as i did at home, but when i click on a server in SAMP the game loads and suddenly crashes on the screen where it says "SA-MP 0.3a is started." It then shows an error report with the following info:

Thanks for the help guys but it still did not work. I tried reinstalling both SA MP and San Andreas but it still crashes at the same screen.

Is the PC you installed it In a Gaming PC or at least haves a Gaming Video Card? ^^

lol, you don't need a gaming video card for San Andreas. I used to run it on some trash 128MB card.

lol, you don't need a gaming video card for San Andreas. I used to run it on some trash 128MB card.
Did it ever work in the other PC?

It worked fine at the PC at my house, but when i installed it on the other PC it did not work. I don't think its a graphics card problem because single player works fine. I appreciate your guys' help but need some more ideas

re-install sa-mp 0.3a and also delete gtasa_set

Had this problem on my laptop, there's no solution it's a graphics card problem.
