Anyone thats good with graphics fancy creating me a layout for nornweb.com, slice it and i'll do the serverside code?

I'm not much of a graphics guy, i prefer programming than the design stuff.

you can have this layout its my old website you can edit it to your liking or i can do it for you, this is what it looks like it can be changed to look more modern that's if you want it to be done.

I would just prefer some advice than the actual layout, i slice my own websites at (nornweb.com) but i did it without any tutorials and am not sure if i did it correctly.

A lot of people do web design for free.
I would do it but I would do the code too and my designs are very basic, so i'l let someone else do it.
