How to make some choose only one team .. the team he choose for the first time ... and in order to change it .. he has do do /newlife ..

Look i mean like .. when a person come in the game for te first time .. he chooses one team .. and even if he relogs .. he will get to spawn with the same team .. in order to change it .. he has to use /newlife .. or anycomamnd to make him choose another team ..
