The 'Weather Dialogue' filterscript, is a clean script. It isn't very advanced, because I am only a new scripter.
What does it do:
The 'Weather Dialogue' does one thing, and that thing is changing the weather. It has seven different types of weather, which you will see on the screen shot below.
