Thats the demo,
But mainly yes, You drive around, Pickup people, Also theres a ramp to let disabled people on at the back of the bus,
But i hadent got to that bit of the demo, The game covers new york city

Il install the full version in a hour or two,
When i do il make a video on that and what you can do on the full version

If you like simulators and driving a lot - try TDU (Test Drive Unlimited) - unique driving experience in PC :P
It has copy/pasted island of Oahu with all deatails(Hawaii islands) + almost real car physics and a lot of irl cars ( from vw,alfa romeo and audi to ferrari, pagani, noble, mclaren itc..) It also has bikes (like kawasaki..) and bike driving experience is also veery near to irl (i know what i say!)

Got a steering wheel to go with it also,
But anyway, If you dont like car simulators, And other for example bus,
Again its a good game xd for that

Whats your fav car there ?
i enjoy driving audi rs4 and mercedes mclaren slr thou i think mclaren f1 is total imba (like bikes)
p.s. u got car megapack ? i love RUF (ruf for porsche is like amg for mercedes)
p.s.s. respect for a steering wheel and that game :P

Now i drive the Nissan Skyline ( addon ) on the raceway
