Is there a way to indentify cop sirens on?

Maybe when player gets in a LSPD Car and presses HORN key but u know if he presses it long enough the sirens wouldnt turn on and it will be a normal car horn.
Another way around this

maybe you can check it with ,,OnPlayerKeyStateChangeґґ , newkeys + oldkeys and gettickcount
