It's a warning. Do you have ANY mods installed at all? As they usually come if you enter a modded vehicle or use a modded weapon etc.

Could be, try removing it and see if the warnings continue to show up.

The warnings only show up to the client who's having a certain problem. If you get a warning, they only show up on your screen as in, your warnings don't show up for other people. If you catch my drift. :P
