When i try to open my samp-server.exe it shows,
"Windows cannot access the path or file specified. You donot have the permissions to access this file."
But I have Administrator rights in the system.

I had this error also. I fixed it by adding permission to this file via Anti-Virus. I do not know why does it block samp-server.exe unless you will do like I said. I scanned the samp-server.exe and I haven't found a virus, not even a warn.

Well its solved. It was because of the old version of 0.3 i had
