3) Video card type. PNY Geforce 9400 GT PCIe
3) IP:Port (if any) of the server you are trying to play on. 7777
4) If you are crashing, paste the crash report in your post and say when the crash occurs. None
5) If you are crashing loading SA-MP, please say whether GTA:SA single player works (test it). Tried it but it works Fine
6) Do you have any other GTA:SA mods installed? e.g. new vehicles. NONE =)

Have you tried logging in with another player name?

Like, That to me seems like a script issue... Tried any other servers? or does it only happen on this one?

i have tried 7 different servers and 4 different names but still epic fail that happens everytime! RARW

I am sorry to tell but the "d3d9.dll" which makes your GTA:SA Windowed is the problem, please try to remove it (if you want keep a copy of it) and try to open samp without the d3d9.dll in gta folder, and if samp worked, then it's from the d3d9.dll
