He said roleplay gamemode. The most popular roleplay gamemode is "The Godfather".
Most of the servers use this gamemode,for many reasons people like this gamemode.
It is a bit old but still people like it.

The Godfather has many bugs, likewise with LARP. I suggest you script your own roleplay script from scratch if you want a decent server.
