Hey, a friend had better performances on GTA IV in vista, than on windows 7, so that means GTA IV has worst performances in win 7 ?

Different systems give different results. For example, while yours friend GTA IV performance increased in Windows Vista, my performance got alot better in Windows 7 than on Vista.

I dont have GTAIV for the pc but i have other games.
And they run just like on XP for me. (maybey even smoother sometimes)
