Been wondering if anyone knows what or how to fix this problem ive been having with this.

PC Specs:
Intel Pentium 4 HT @ 3.4ghz
Biostar P4M900-M4
2gb DDR2 667
ATI HD 4670 1GB

GTA SA Settings:
Res - 1240x1024x16
AA - 3
Quality - Very High
Draw Distance - Max

Change the resolution to 32 bit mode.
So :

lol?, Flip thou the Res's and it will Show 32, 16 has Less Colors, 32 has more.
