well the problem is that we had a perfect server.
but now everyone has 0.3,the server crasht every time.
we did tryed to update it,we downloaded the new server package on the official site,and used our old GM.
but it doesnt work.

Did you compile it with the 0.3 Compiler? Or even coded it so it can work with 0.3?

yeah you need to recompile it with the new server and pawno package for it to work with your server
