Hi, i got bored and decided to improve my pawn skills so i went trying and studying and came up with a car rental system 
So, if you already have a /help command this adds a line to it with the teleport to the rental area, which is /carrental if you dont have /help yet, it creates it with the teleport line.
After teleporting there you can enter a vehicle and rent it, or if you dont have enough cash, dont rent it.
after you leave a rented vehicle, it destroys itself, spawning back at the rental agency.
Its good for RP's. Enjoy!!

So i made it destroy the vehicles on FilterScriptExit, as i had in mind before it was sugested, but anyways thanks for the sugestion and i increased beagle price, because it was way to cheap,if this is too be used in RP server!
