I need some help..

Where are drug smuggler cars? Because I go to /smuggledrugs at the icon on blueberry farm but it says "You don't have the drug smuggling car!" or something like that. Can you help me?
I have tried the cars behind All Saints Hospital but they say I don't have the keys.

Also, what commands are at Black Market? Like how do you smuggle drugs to drug dealers etc?
