if i use SetPlayerColor(playerid,COLOR_GREEN1) it only changes the color on chat !?!?!
but it should change the color on chat and on that player list (TAB)

It does. But when your playername is marked, It will be white.
And If you're alone on a server, your playername is automatically marked. (Highlighted)
If you try It with more players ,you'll see It changes color.
