Can anyone recommend a plugin or something to restart the server with rcon and server IP? type, so I restart the server at any time from any computer ...
note: the panel on sa-mp is disabled.

No no, without being in the server, anywhere ... more panel sa-mp is disabled ...

#Editadon any computer with just one program that does this ....

I'm here without gtasa sa-mp/server, I can only restart the server with Remote Desktop Connection, the IRC is impossible .. only program for me to restart the server would save me =(
