Simple Multikill Filterscript

What is it -
This is a simple filterscript, and when you get a killing streak, it displays your name in gametext on the screen for 5 seconds.

What are the streak counts
3 Kills - Dominating
5 Kills - Killing Spree
8 Kills - Monsterr Kill
11 Kills - Godlike
15 Kills - Wicked Sick
18 Kills - Holy Shit

It also raises your wanted level per kill streak.

Added Feature's -
Bounty feature. The killer gets a bounty on him every kill streak. Once he is killed, the killer recieve's the bounty. For example.
Killer is on an 18 kill spree, he has a 50k bounty for killing 18 people without dying. The person that kills him, gets 50k!

I got idea for next release, it would be good for RP.
Something like

"Name Has <Number> Star(s) So he is <Percentage> Wanted!"
So like this - "[EcM]Blood has 6 star(s) So he is 100% Wanted!"
