how i do that someone from team 1 can't kill someone from group 2??

That's not possible.
But what you can do is to punish team-killers.

You can't check 100% sure if the player shots at a teammate, only if the player kills a teammate.

You can check teams and make team members not effect them...
I have seen it on servers before so it is possible...

You can't detect which player you are shooting at, or even if you're shooting at a player or not, so no!
You are completely wrong, this is not possible at all.

You can detect if a player is on the same team...
If you can go on sa-mp right now I can show you multipliable TDM servers that have a system like that...

Ofcourse you can check if the teams are alike!
Omfg, I'm just saying you can't check if the player is shooting at another!

There is no callback called something like "OnPlayerHitPlayer(playerid, hitid)"

There is a way to make teammates not to be able to harm eachother using SetPlayerTeam(playerid, teamid).
