i was spending a few hours lokoing at videos on ******* the other night and found this video
GTA San Andreas - PC Version Rules

does anyone know what server this is or even better how i can make these filterscritps/gamemodes in my server
i have looked on the wiki but cant find any functions or callbacks that would help me make it do those things

i would like to play it with some friends but i am really stuck

it seems to also have the flying part from the video but theres is glitchy and bouncy and not smoove like the cheat version

I guess the part you mean is the MTA:SA part, it's functionality is not provided by SA-MP

what does samp have that mtasa doesnt have

Maybe you mean the other way around? That's a whole 10 minutes of video, but from what I saw it is mostly MTA.
