Well, I was out and now when I came back and turned out my internet, only my browers were working. SA:MP wouldn't work, it showed all my favs 9999 ping, internet/hosted list didn't load too. MSN doesn't log in, it tells me that theres a problem with my key ports, mIRC doesn't connect to any server also. I hope that anyone can help me fixing my problem.

OK, first of all make sure your System Time is correct ( Make sure it says the correct date and year as well, this could save you a lot of trouble.) If that doesnt work do the following:
If you have a router:
Disconnect all cables going from your modem to your router and from your router to your computer, disconnect the power to your router.
Next reinstall your router step - by - step as if it were the first time you were installing it.
If you don't have a router disconnect the power cord from your modem, then disconnect ALL cables
( Ethernet, Cable, DSL) from your modem. Also disconnect the Ethernet cable from your computer. Wait 5 minutes. Reconnect everything and it should be back to normal.

It's your firewall. More than likely. It's probably got nothing to do with your router unless the same thing happens on more than one computer.

I know thats actually what I thought aswell, but if your system time is incorrect your key ports won't work. Try changing your ssytem time to like December 27th, 2009 and you won't be able to log into MSN until you fix it. *in windows XP anyways* |
MSN, not SAMP...
You'd probably even find that some SMTP servers would stop you from sending e-mail if your date is wrong, But it wouldn't have anything to do with SAMP, or any multiplayer game.
Basically, this is a symptom of being rangebanned (Via a firewall rule) as there is no response from the server. This is a common way of blocking hacker-prone-countries-/-ISPs.

The biggest giveaway is that SAMP, MIRC, AND MSN don't connect... Meaning that it's solely a connectivity issue, not a date issue.
