Well starting today on SAMP, I've had a problem. That is, all smoke I see is really big, and the water has high fast paced waves. If I run over a fire hydrant, the water shoots out like twice as high, and it makes a big mess, and the smoke from a broken down car for example makes a blizzard of smoke. Also, shooting regular weapons doesn't make sound for me, only a camera works so far.

Do you have any mods or something ?

Nope, I guess I could explain it as basically a lot of effects are like bigger and faster. Even jetpack is the same.

That's a video showing a knocked down fire hydrant. I'll reinstall GTASA and see if it fixes it.
