Well this is just a small something and not very ambitious for folks running something like a roleplaying server or someone just wanting something to be added. Nothing special.
Next to the Pay N Spray in Idlewood, Los Santos
Like I said it's a small unadventurous map, a crane, some scaffolding and a few other bits and bobs to make it look like a street that has been closed for some construction work to be done on the buildings.
