I'm trying to run SA-MP on a vps, How would I make it work?

On a 'VPS' or 'Dedicated server' in my opinion Linux distros are by far the best, I'm assuming you have been emailed when you ordered the VPS with instructions on how to do 'Remote Desktop' to control the desktop, Once there simply download the samp 0.3 package then run the .exe

Either install ftp (wamp or xampp easiest way) and upload the files via binary,
or connect via remote desktop and download the samp package, unzip it and run it. the iport will be your servers primary ip address and whatever port you specify in the cfg, unless your binding to another given ip.
