[HTML]Enter Page: SA-MP Themed
#1

Since you guys seemed like you liked my other Enter Page
I thought of if you maybe would like one that's about samp.^^
So yeah. As simple as it is I decided to make one for you then.

It's a bit more interactive than the lastone.

When you move your mouse over the "EnTer"
the "EnTer" begins to glow and
the Sa:Mp Logo shines one time.

When you move your mouse out the glow goes away.

And when you move your mouse over the Logo it shines one time too.

Maybe Kye could use this instead of the SA-MP Forum Link when you goto http://forum.sa-mp.com
I doubt that but hey just an idea. XD

I hope you like and enjoy it!

Installation:

1.Extract all Files to a Folder.

2.Open up index.html and Change "site.html" on line:36 to the URL or Filename(if it's in same folder) that the EnterPage should redirect you to.

3.Upload the files to your webhost or put them into your htdocs directory(if you host yourself only)

4.Open up the index.html in your browser and enjoy the EnterPage.

(OPTIONAL TASK):If you got a Index.php in the same folder I would recommend to download this:
Download .htaccess here
and upload it to that folder too.Because the browser prefers the index.php.

If you don't like the blue text thingy just add this as a bookmark or homepage: http://forum.sa-mp.com/index.php?forum=index

works for me.

Also I don't see the glow going away like you said? ("When you move your mouse out the glow goes away.")

ye i kno about the bookmarking already^^
i just think it would be cooler too have sumin like this instead

and about the glowthing.
it works for me and i tested it wit firefox and ie

ill have a loop if onmouseout isnt supported for other browsers.

edit:

supported versions+

IE F O W3C
onmouseout 4 1 9 Yes

IE = internet explorer
f = firefox
O=opera
w3c=w3c standard

i think if those early versions of firefox and ie support it
i think chrome should do too^^
so i dunno why it would work for you maybe its about that host im using for the demos
its slow sumtimes...

The glowing effect doesn't works for me. It would be awesome to know how to do it. As I'm working on a new website, which has a " Home " and a " Forums " buttom, I want them to glow when the mouse is over it. Anyone knows how to do this?

i use javascript for it maybe that's the problem....
maybe does it say "allow scripts on this page"

or sumin?

I could show you how to do that tho...
usually it should really work tho
I tested on IE,Firefox and Chrome
I'm gonna set up the Demos at another host....
maybe its because the german ads so that the host disables the javascripts for non-germans

Edit: Demo is now on my own Webserver which means it isn't online for 24/7
Please tell me if it works for you now.
