Take a look at that image.. what the hell is that supposed to mean? Failing Graphics Card? Explorer Virus? Windows Hiccup?

Someone have any idea what that is caused by?

either you photshopped / "MS PAINT" that photo, or uhh.....well yah thats it, its FAKE!

look around, ONLY the area with the icons is messed up, the sidebar and everything else is fine.

That would be a pointless thing to do, no to mention dumb -.-'

It's fake. If you had a graphics issue it wouldn't convieniently only effect certain parts of a window. You can also see that it perfectly effects the border of the window and perfectly effects certain parts.

looks like paint. But if not you over clocked your video card too much.

overclocking wouldnt do that, overclocking would either fry it 100% thus = no video or would just make the WHOLE screen fuzzy.

I wouldnt be dumb enough to photoshop/edit this. Didnt overclock. Its not fake, i have a serious problem with Dell computers (*******.com/neindell) and thought this was a GPU failing, but, i restarted and it went away. i have a video of it, but havent posted it yet.

I posted here to see if anyone had any insight.

if this isnt fake why is the d3d9_33 folder + line clearly nice and visible... doesnt make sense
