I don't know what you are trying to accomplish but explosions that have been made with CreateExplosion are synced afaik. I am also wondering what objectid you are looking for?

I didnt ask anything about CreateExplosion? I know these are synced.
CreateExplosion can be synced and others cant, like carbombs were once un-synced (im unsure if these are synced now)

That object is in the mta/mods/mapeditor/objects/misc/special folder.
BTW, your first post wasn't clear enough, to be honest it was a poor attempt at asking a question. Don't call people names, they are trying to help. That's why they post.

What the hell does that mean. Sounds like you're asking if the blue bottles can be synced (ahh perhaps that's why mamoru suggested using the synced function CreateExplosion).
Then straight after asking about explosion sync, you ask for the object ID... of what? The explosion sync ID?
You should of said something like this :
