How would a ranking system be made?

like.....

50 kills = Private
100 kills = Specialist
200 kills = Seargeant, And so on...

i just would like som1 to explain how it would work.. not do the entire script :S

That FS works kinda the same for you.
But if you need to save it you have to edit it.
