The IRC Plugin, and like when u goto irc.sa-mp.com there are irc channels. can i have my irc there?

Choose an IRC server in your IRC client (i.e. irc.ffsnetwork.com or irc.sa-mp.com)

register your nickname

type /join #[your desired channel name here]

Register the channel

Invite people

Done!
