add my msn and i can help you with getting down with the basics and making some stuff, but usually the best way to learn photoshop is to learn how stuff in it works, do some tutorials and when your ready start making stuff yourself ^^

like PsdTuts+ for example is a great resource for learning photoshop, it has many different writers all with different areas of skill
